B. For New Customers, please complete the new customer information.

b. Create a password and confirm the password is correct.
c. Enter your name.
d. Please complete the remaining fields.
C. Click the “Continue” button.
2. Verify your billing address.
3. Chose the desired shipping method.
4. Complete your purchase by clicking on the “Continue” button. This will transmit the order and provide you with an online receipt.
